My new novel launches 26th November. If you have read my previous works, you will know they fall under the umbrella of darkness; psychological thrillers with twists and an examination of what drives people to some of the actions they take. Sometimes they contain hints of things lurking beyond the edges of our universe. The Half-Torn Page wanders into those shadows, but in the 17th century. I like to think it doffs its cap to the Brothers Grimm, with its setting in the mysterious mountains of Bavaria and Bohemia, but it is certainly not a fairy story. Likewise, I hope that anyone who has read and loved the work of Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials might enjoy this, though I consider it a cheek that I have mentioned them in the same sentence!
Anyway, why not get hold of a copy and see what you think.
